Aquaholic Swimwear is based here in Philippines and is run and managed by trust worthy employees, We use McAfee’s Secure Socket Layering (SSL) it is an encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. It is a security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and integral. We do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party.

We can help you get the size that you are in by contacting us thru customercare@aquaholicswimwear.com or you can click on this link to see our size charts and look for your size HERE.

You will be shouldering all payments for import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.

Please be advised that Aquaholic Swimwear does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes imposed by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.  

Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by Aquaholic Swimwear, please be advised that you should contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

Here at Aquaholic Swimwear we work hard to make sure that we take every process to make sure that an item does not leave our doors broken or faulty. However, if you do have any concerns, you can contact us thru email returns@aquaholicswimwear.com.ph so that we tend to your concern right away.

Aquaholic Swimwear will be happy to accept exchanges! The item/s must be in original condition with all tags remaining in place, including hygiene seal. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Unfortunately, we can not accept any returns that do not meet these requirements.

We have a 3 day verification process, and once verified the item should arrive to you within the day(nation-wide here in the Philippines)

We’ll send you a tracking number for you to check where your item is.

We deliver our items thru LBC.


Currently we accept Bank TransferCredit Card Payments & PayPal. If you would like to arrange payment via another method, we are happy to try and assist your request!

(Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned and cannot refund the item you have purchased.)

Once the items have been delivered, you will receive your new item!

Aquaholic Swimwear can not be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
